本文用各种处理方法获得不同的复相组织,研究其对16Mn 带钢的强度和塑性的影响。强度和塑性此消彼长的矛盾,在结构钢中普遍存在。采用不同方式热处理可使16Mn 带钢的组织形态、大小和相对量发生变化,在等同强度下明显地增加塑性,从而得到最佳的强塑性配合。试验表明,经一次预淬火后的亚温淬火和低温回火,可获得各占50%左右的铁素体和马氏体复相组织,使16Mn 带钢达到高强度(σ_b≥1020 MPa)和高塑性(δ_5≥12%)的要求。
In this paper, a variety of treatment methods to obtain different complex microstructure, to study the impact on the strength and ductility of 16Mn strip. The contradiction between strength and plasticity is common in structural steels. Using different ways of heat treatment can change the morphology, size and relative amount of 16Mn strip steel, and obviously increase the plasticity under the same strength, so as to obtain the best strong plastic cooperation. Experiments show that after a pre-quenching sub-temperature quenching and tempering at low temperature, about 50% of each can be obtained ferrite and martensite duplex, 16Mn strip to achieve high strength (σ_b ≥ 1020 MPa) and High plasticity (δ_5 ≥ 12%) requirements.
