本文研究了由两个多年调节水库组成的,灌溉为主的长、葫梯级水库的发电调度问题。文中根据灌溉水库的供水特点和梯级水库补偿调节的要求,应用随机动态规划理论分别按上、下调度线拟定了两库联合调度的目标函数和递推方程及其求解步骤,通过电子计算机的大盈计算,绘制了两库各自的优化调度图,并以水库27年来,用水资料进行长系列操作,验证调度图的可行性和效益。结果证明方案是可行的,效益是明显的,基本克服了灌溉供水稻发电之间的矛盾,解决了发电的季节性和可靠性问题,能在满足灌溉设计供水条件下,为电力系统提供保证电能和保证出力。
This paper studies the generation scheduling problem of long, squibble reservoirs consisting of two multi-year regulating reservoirs and irrigation.
