由西安重型机械研究所设计、大连第三仪表厂制造的φ1020螺旋焊管机焊缝控制装置,于1978年11月进行了鉴定,认为研制是成功的,并交付沙市制管厂使用。焊缝控制系统是焊管设备上一项关键技术,可保持焊缝稳定,提高焊接质量,减轻劳动强度,具有检测可靠、响应快速、性能稳定和控制准确等优点。本文阐述该系统的工作原理、设计计算、数学模型、稳定性分析和品质指标。另外,介绍系统的测试、操作和使用。
The control system of the φ1020 spiral welded pipe welder, which was designed by Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute and manufactured by the Third Instrument Factory in Dalian, was appraised in November 1978 and was considered as successful and delivered to Shashi Pipe Plant. Weld control system is a key technology in pipe welding equipment, which can keep the weld stable, improve the welding quality and reduce the labor intensity. It has the advantages of reliable detection, fast response, stable performance and accurate control. This article describes the working principle of the system, design calculation, mathematical model, stability analysis and quality indicators. In addition, the introduction of system testing, operation and use.
