目的 探讨毫米波对肿瘤化疗、放疗后外周血白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 44例患者随机分为联合组与对照组 ,联合组配以毫米波辐射穴区 ,每天 60分钟 ,治疗 10天为一疗程 ,对照组单纯用促白细胞生成药。结果 治疗后两组对比 ,X2 值 6.2 86,P <0 .0 2 5 ,有显著性差异 ,联合组生存质量较对照组明显提高 ,P <0 .0 2 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 低功率毫米波辐射穴区 ,对化、放疗后所致白细胞减少症有一定治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of millimeter wave on peripheral blood leukopenia after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods Forty-four patients were randomly divided into combined group and control group. The combination group was given millimeter wave radiation and acupoint area for 60 minutes daily for 10 days. The control group was treated with leukocyte-generating drug only. Results After treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant (X2 = 6.286, P <0.05), and the quality of life in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant difference. Conclusion Low-power millimeter wave radiation hole area, on the chemotherapy, radiotherapy induced leukopenia have a certain therapeutic effect.
