本文着眼于根据车辆监测状态,预先检测设备的故障征兆,并实施处理预防故障于未然的状态监测维护方法。在本次研究中,对由内燃动车柴油机上所获得的各种数据进行了探讨,确认了通过监测传统型车辆的柴油机温度和新型车辆的柴油机转速及输出功率,能够对存在故障的柴油机进行诊断。使用上述诊断方法,已在传统内燃动车上发现3起柴油机故障,在新型内燃动车上发现了4起柴油机故障,经有效处理,对安全和稳定的运输做出了贡献。
In this paper, based on the state of vehicle monitoring, pre-detection of equipment failure symptoms, and the implementation of preventive measures to prevent failure in the state of monitoring and maintenance methods. In this study, various data obtained from an internal combustion diesel engine were explored, and it was confirmed that a diesel engine capable of malfunction can be diagnosed by monitoring a diesel engine temperature of a conventional vehicle and a diesel engine speed and output power of the new vehicle . Using the above diagnostic method, three diesel engine failures have been found on conventional internal combustion vehicles and four diesel engine failures have been detected on the new internal combustion engine which have been effectively managed to contribute to safe and stable transport.
