针对东山煤矿巷式充填开采的特征,采用灰色关联度分析法计算各影响因素与充填巷变形量的关联程度,结果表明,影响巷式充填开采效果的主控影响因素是充填体弹性模量、充填率、煤柱宽度和充填条带宽度,并指出选用高弹模充填体、高充填率的充填工艺以及大宽度充填条带能有效地降低巷式充填巷道的变形量以及提高巷式充填开采的稳定性,并提出了巷式充填开采工艺的改进措施,使充填巷道变形量减少约60%,蠕变量减少40%,蠕变时间缩短50%,蠕变速率提升约62%,取得了良好的效果。
According to the characteristics of alluvial mining in Dongshan Coal Mine, the gray relational analysis method was used to calculate the correlation between each influencing factor and the deformation of filling lane. The results show that the main influencing factors of laneway fill mining effect are the elastic modulus, Filling rate, coal pillar width and filling strip width, and pointed out that the selection of high elastic modulus filling body, high filling rate of the filling process and wide-width filling strip can effectively reduce the laneway deformation of laneway filling and alley filling The improvement measures of alley filling mining technology are put forward. The deformation of filling roadway is reduced by about 60%, the creep amount is reduced by 40%, the creeping time is reduced by 50% and the creep rate is increased by about 62% good effect.
