G I S technology development for the archaeological community has facilitated the management of information. This paper introduces the establishment of information management system for nearly 500 archeological sites in the Yangtze River Delta from the technical means of system making to the application of the system. It provides a detailed introduction and analysis and provides new ideas and methods for research and application departments
