采用0.5%NaClO_4诱导实验大鼠甲状腺低功。结果表明,甲低大鼠脑组织去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5—羟色胺(5—HT)、5—羟吲哚乙酸(5—HIAA)含量及单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性明显高于对照组,且 NE、5—HT 及5—HIAA 的改变与 MAO 活性的变化呈正相关。提示:甲低状态下,大脑单胺类神经递质代谢活跃,而 MAO 活性的升高反映了 MAO 在降解单胺类递质,维持大脑功能上起重要作用。补碘实验组大鼠的各项生化指标与对照组无显著性差别,说明补碘对 NaClO_4所致大鼠甲低功有拮抗作用。
Hypothyroidism was induced by 0.5% NaClO_4 in rats. The results showed that the content of NE, 5-HT, 5-HIAA and monoamine oxidase (MAO) in the brain of hypothyroidism rats were significantly higher than that of the control group Changes of NE, 5-HT and 5-HIAA were positively correlated with changes of MAO activity. It is suggested that monoamine neurotransmitter in the brain is metabolically active under hypothyroidism, and the increase of MAO activity reflects the important role of MAO in degrading monoamine neurotransmitters and maintaining brain function. There were no significant differences in the biochemical indexes of rats in the iodine-supplementation group compared with the control group, indicating that iodine supplementation had an antagonistic effect on the hypogonadism in rats induced by NaClO_4.
