1996年1月～2001年12月,我院采用中西医结合治疗老年急性阑尾炎患者86例,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。 临床资料:将同期收治的164例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组86例,男47例,女39例。年龄60～69岁74例,70岁以上12例。伴发热58例。WBC20×10~9/L以上18例;对照组78例,男43例,女35例。年龄60～69岁
From January 1996 to December 2001, 86 cases of senile acute appendicitis were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital, and satisfactory results were obtained. The report is as follows. Clinical data: 164 cases of acute appendicitis treated at the same period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group of 86 patients, 47 males and 39 females. 74 patients aged 60 to 69 years, 12 cases over the age of 70. 58 cases with fever. WBC20 × 10 ~ 9 / L and above 18 cases; control group 78 cases, 43 males and 35 females. Age 60 ~ 69 years old
