用BPA(Bonneville Power Administration)程序对南方电网目前配置的失步解列系统的定值设置及协调配合进行研究,特别是研究了低压减载的影响以及判出失步后解列不同断面的效果。研究将BPA程序计算结果回放进实际失步解列装置以检验动作结果与分析是否相符,并建立了由南方电网交直流混合实时数字仿真(RTDS)模型、失步解列系统、功率放大器、直流控制保护装置组成的实时闭环试验系统,对研究结论进行了验证。一系列研究表明,在考虑系统中低压减载装置实际动作效果的情况下,为保证失步解列装置的正确动作,需对当前该装置的配置和整定值进行调整。
The BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) program is used to study the setting and coordination of the out-of-synchronization system currently configured by China Southern Power Grid. In particular, the effect of low-voltage load shedding and the effect of disassembling different sections after the out-of- . The results of the BPA program are put back into the actual out-of-step disassembly device to verify whether the result of the operation is consistent with the analysis. And the simulation results of the AC-DC hybrid real-time digital simulation (RTDS) model, the unsynchronized resolving system, the power amplifier, Control and protection device composed of real-time closed-loop test system to verify the conclusions of the study. A series of studies have shown that in order to ensure the correct operation of the out-of-step deserializer, the configurations and settings of the current device need to be adjusted while considering the actual effect of the system’s low-voltage load shedding.
