Editor’s Comrade: I am a full-time worker in a company. A month ago, my monthly income was reduced because my company was in the production off-season, and my salary was on a piece-rate basis, but I also had more free time. To make up for the loss, I signed a three-month short-term labor contract with another unit, that is, part-time employment with the unit during the evening. After the company was found, I had a severe stop on three occasions. But I feel I did not affect the company’s work, but did not cause any loss to the company, but ignored. Unexpectedly, the company recently dismissed me on the grounds that I did not listen to advice. Excuse me: the company’s approach right?
