建立了三维、稳态四角切圆锅炉内气流流动、传热的耦合数学模型,求得了炉内气流分布的速度场以及温度场,探讨了蓄热稳燃器的布置对炉内流动及传热的影响。研究结果表明,蓄热稳燃器的布置使火焰形成了一个环形切圆,增强了气流的扰动,进而强化了气流与水冷壁的对流换热过程;在稳定燃烧的情况下,蓄热稳燃器可作为稳定的热源,增强了辐射换热效果。研究结果可为改进锅炉设计和实际生产提供一定的理论指导。
The coupled mathematical model of gas flow and heat transfer in a three-dimensional and steady-state tangential boiler was established. The velocity field and temperature field of gas flow distribution in the furnace were obtained. The effects of the arrangement of regenerative gas burner on the flow and heat transfer in the furnace were discussed. Impact. The results show that the layout of the regenerative heat stabilizer makes the flame form a toroidal tangential, which enhances the disturbance of the airflow and enhances the convective heat transfer between the airflow and the water wall. In the case of stable combustion, The device can be used as a stable heat source to enhance the radiation heat transfer effect. The results can provide some theoretical guidance for improving boiler design and actual production.
