目的评价心电图运动平板实验(TET)对于冠心病的诊断作用。方法选择我院2009年5月～2010年5月患者50例,将运动平板实验结果与冠动脉造影(CAG)结果进行对比分析。结果 50例TET阴性32例,其中确诊为冠心病者26例,TET阴性中CAG示冠心病者8例,TET诊断冠心病敏感性为76.47%,特异性62.5%总符合率72%,TET阴性与CAG阴性间呈正相关关系(P=0.018)。结论 TET简便易行,是一种较理想的冠心病诊断方法,与CAG结合可提交冠心病诊断的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram treadmill test (TET) on coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty patients were selected from May 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital. The results of treadmill exercise test and coronary artery angiography (CAG) were compared. Results There were 32 cases of TET negative in 50 cases, of which 26 cases were diagnosed as coronary heart disease, 8 cases were diagnosed as coronary artery disease by TET-negative, 76.47% were diagnosed by TET, 72% were 62.5%, and TET was negative Negative correlation with CAG (P = 0.018). Conclusion TET is a simple and easy method to diagnose coronary artery disease. Combined with CAG, it can be used to diagnose coronary heart disease.
