给学生写操行评语是班主任工作的一项重要内容。在素质教育的形势下,不少基础教育阶段的班主任进行了学生评语的改革,写出了许多震撼学生心灵的激励性评语。学生兴奋了,满怀喜悦地把评语看了又看,家长们感动了,深深地感谢老师在心灵上对孩子们的呵护,社会各界更是好评如潮。笔者想,作为大学班主任,我们应该如何根据大学生的特点写好学生的操行评语,使评语发挥应有的作用,是一个值得研究的课题。 Writing reviews for students is an important part of the class teacher’s job. In the context of quality education, many teachers in charge of basic education conducted the reform of student reviews and wrote many inspiring comments that shocked the students’ minds. Students excited, joyfully read the reviews looked again and again, parents were moved, deeply grateful to the teacher in the spiritual care of children, the community is rave reviews. I think, as a college teacher, how should we write the students’ comments on the basis of the characteristics of college students, so that the comments play its due role is a topic worthy of study.
