超等长训练是对发力肌肉的牵拉而产生爆发性收缩的练习。超等长训练是发展爆发力量的重要手段,对田径项目中短跨和跳跃运动员尤为重要,是全面身体训练内容不可缺少的组成部分。笔者结合多年训练的实践,以短跑、跨栏和跳跃项目的训练为例来探讨超等长训练的方法。一、超等长训练的方法超等长训练一般分为徒手练习和利用器械的练习。
