在杭州湾跨海大桥南岸超长栈桥桩基施工中,在三种方案中进行选择,决定采用振动锤法施工。本方案结合杭州湾跨海大桥南岸滩涂区的施工特点,采用了振动沉桩计算理论来确定振动设备,根据振动设备选择相应的起重设备。所选择的沉拔桩设备在施工中取得了成功,并通过实践对振动沉桩计算理论进行验证,取得了宝贵的施工经验。
In the construction of the super-long trestle bridge pile foundation on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, the three alternatives were selected and the vibration hammer method was adopted. The program combined with the construction characteristics of the south bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge across the sea, the use of vibration pile calculation theory to determine the vibration equipment, vibration equipment, select the appropriate lifting equipment. The selected sinking pile equipment in the construction has been successful, and through the practice of vibration pile calculation theory to verify, and achieved valuable construction experience.
