目的掌握新疆兵团学生营养基本情况,有针对性提出指导意见。方法随机抽取10个贫困团场,进行膳食调查、体格测量、血红蛋白测定。结果学生能量、蛋白质明显不足,钙、维生素B2、膳食纤维摄入低于标准,钙的摄入量不到标准的50%,食物摄入结构不合理,海产品海带、虾皮及动物内脏等富铁、钙、碘等物质的食物,以及鱼、肉、蛋、奶有供应,但数量偏少,各团学生贫血患病率在3.0%~36.7%,学生超重、肥胖和营养不良率分别占8.9%、2.8%和28.2%。结论新疆兵团贫困团场学生主要食物供应、食物饮食结构是存在营养问题,加强学生膳食指导,重视营养宣传教育工作。
Objective To understand the basic situation of student nutrition in Xinjiang Corps, and to provide guidance for pertinence. Methods Ten poor groups were randomly selected for dietary investigation, physical measurement and hemoglobin determination. Results The students’ energy and protein were obviously deficient. The intake of calcium, vitamin B2 and dietary fiber was below the standard, the intake of calcium was less than 50% of the standard, the structure of food intake was irrational, and the seafood such as kelp, shrimp and animal offal Iron, calcium, iodine and other substances, as well as fish, meat, eggs and milk were supplied, but their numbers were relatively small. The prevalence of anemia in all groups was between 3.0% and 36.7%, with overweight, obesity and malnutrition rates 8.9%, 2.8% and 28.2%. Conclusions The students in the Xinjiang Corps poverty-stricken group have the main food supply, the food and diet structure is the existence of nutrition problems, strengthen the dietary guidance of students, and pay attention to nutrition publicity and education work.
