目的利用容积对比超声成像定量监测胎儿小脑蚓部发育。方法将335例20~35孕周的正常单胎妊娠的胎儿以孕周分组,利用容积对比超声成像观察各组胎儿小脑蚓部并测量其前后径、上下径及面积的各项数值,比较胎儿小脑蚓部发育与孕周之间的关系。结果容积对比超声成像获得小脑蚓部的正中矢状切面,在该平面上测量的小脑蚓部前后径、上下径和面积与孕周呈正相关(r值分别为0.967、0.970、0.960,P值均为0.000)。结论容积对比超声成像易于获得清晰显示小脑蚓部所需的正中矢状切面,是有效评估胎儿小脑蚓部发育状况的检查方法。
Objective To quantitatively monitor the development of fetal cerebellar vermis using volume contrast ultrasound imaging. Methods A total of 335 fetuses of normal singleton pregnancies between 20 and 35 gestational weeks were divided into gestational age groups. The cerebellar vermis was observed by volume contrast ultrasonography and the anteroposterior diameter, Cerebellar vermis development and gestational age. Results Volumetric contrast ultrasonography was used to obtain the median sagittal section of cerebellar vermis. The anteroposterior diameter, upper and lower diameter and area of cerebellar vermis measured on this plane were positively correlated with gestational age (r = 0.967, 0.970, 0.960, P = 0.000). Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging can easily obtain the median sagittal section of the cerebellar vermis clearly, which is an effective method to evaluate the development of the vermis cerebellum.
