钢筋的对接我们曾经按直径的大小,分别采用梆扎,电阻焊和电弧焊三种方法。钢筋的材料大多是3号低碳钢轧制成的。为了提高钢筋对接的生产率和焊接质量,现在已经成功的应用着各种直径的钢筋闪光焊接。设备是利用国产50KVA 的对焊机。闪光焊接前的准备工作,包括焊件导电接触面的清理和钳口的选择。接触面的清理长度根据下钳口的长度而定,一般取150公厘。清理的方法可用机械方法或稀酸溶液的化学法。前者是采用砂轮机和钢丝刷进行的,这种方法采用得最多。后者适用于数量多而短的另件。夹紧焊件的钳口有上下钳口二部分。上钳口采用平的,由钢制成;下钳口是用铜制成的,根据焊件直径的不同而选配,这主要是为了增加焊件与下钳口之间的导电接触面。对于螺纹钢筋,这一点尤为重要。闪光焊接的操作形式,根据钢筋直径的大小,分别
