为解决目前国网吉林德惠市供电有限公司(以下简称“国网德惠市供电公司”)班组管理中员工对工作目标认知不清晰,班组团队协作能力较差等问题,运用目标管理理论构建“两书一月历”管理模式,通过建立目标体系、制定计划,形成《目标责任书》、《工作指导书》和《工作月历》;通过对目标的实施以及完成情况的检查、评估考评,从而实现了公司目标和个人任务的一致性,增进了班组的团结协作能力,进而达到了提升班组管理水平的目的。
