研究了氢破碎(HD)工艺和常规(CG)工艺制备的烧结Nd-Fe-B合金样品在HCl溶液、Na(OH)溶液及饱和食盐水中的耐腐蚀性,并对两种工艺所制备样品的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,在HCl溶液、Na(OH)溶液及饱和食盐水中,样品在前8h内的腐蚀速率均较快,随后腐蚀速率均变慢;HCl溶液对烧结Nd-Fe-B合金的腐蚀性比Na(OH)溶液、饱和食盐水强得多。氢破碎工艺制备的合金耐腐蚀性优于常规工艺制备的合金,且未充磁合金的耐腐蚀性优于充磁合金。
The corrosion resistance of sintered Nd-Fe-B alloy samples prepared by HD process and CG process in HCl solution, Na (OH) solution and saturated brine was studied. The samples prepared by the two processes The microscopic morphology was analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion rate of samples was faster in HCl solution, Na (OH) solution and saturated brine in the first 8h, then the corrosion rate became slower. The corrosion resistance of HCl solution to sintered Nd-Fe-B alloy Na (OH) solution, saturated brine is much stronger. The alloy prepared by hydrogen crushing process is superior to the alloy prepared by the conventional process, and the corrosion resistance of the unmagnetized alloy is better than that of the magnetizing alloy.
