提出一种基于感知颜色空间的伪彩色编码方法,伪彩色编码实现选用文本式的编程语言——DELPHI,成功地将灰度相接近的图像通过软件编码得到信息量更为丰富、更符合人们感知习惯的伪彩图。该方法得到的伪彩色近似为均匀,即在不同的灰度级上,相邻两灰度级对应的色差近似相等。用该方法对工业炉内的工件图像进行处理,获得了更好的伪彩色效果,能给出更为合理的质量分析和预警信息,最终达到节能减排的目标。
A pseudo-color coding method based on perceived color space is proposed. The pseudo-color coding is implemented using text-based programming language DELPHI. The images with similar gray scale are successfully encoded by software to obtain richer information and more in line with people’s perception Habits of false color map. The pseudo-color obtained by the method is approximately uniform, that is, the color differences corresponding to two adjacent gray levels are approximately equal at different gray levels. By this method, the image of the workpiece in the industrial furnace is processed to obtain a better pseudo-color effect, which can give more reasonable quality analysis and warning information and finally achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
