西安秦川机械厂是我国“一五”期间156项重点工程之一,隶属于兵器工业总公司,是大型一类军工企业和国家定点轿车生产厂家。“八五”期间,工厂在“多种经营,全面发展”方针指导下,苦练内功,转机建制,发挥军工技术优势,调整产业结构。经过不懈努力,工厂由原来单一的弹药厂发展成为一个产品涉及军工、轿车、机械、电于、化工等广泛领域的大型企业集团,基本形成以“高、新、特”,以军品为本,以轿车、铅材、瓦楞纸三大拳头民品为主,十多种二级成品为辅,军民结合的产品结构格局。 Xi’an Qinchuan Machinery Factory is one of the 156 key projects during China’s “1st Five-year Plan” period. It belongs to the General Armament Industry Corporation and is a large-scale military industry enterprise and a national fixed-point car manufacturer. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, under the guidance of the principle of “diversified operations and all-round development”, the factory worked hard to reform its internal structure, took advantage of its advantages in military technology, and adjusted its industrial structure. Through unremitting efforts, the factory has developed from a single ammunition factory into a large-scale enterprise group involving military products, sedans, machinery, electricity and chemical industries, and has basically formed “high, new, and special” military-based products. Cars, lead materials, and corrugated paper are the three main products for civilian use, supplemented by dozens of secondary products, and the product mix structure of military and civilian.
