中甘21甘蓝中甘21是用显性核基因雄性不育系DGMS01-216和自交亲和系87-534-2-3配制而成的甘蓝杂交种,2011年通过甘肃省农作物品种认定(甘认菜2011058),2012、2013年为农业部主推品种。品种特征特性:叶色绿,蜡粉少,叶球圆球形,紧实,球色绿,质地脆嫩,单球质量1.0～1.5kg,不易裂球,从定植到收获50～55d(天),每667m2产量4000kg左右,比同类品种增产10%以上。
