利用β射线、X射线和CT技术,对低密度聚丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(TPX)泡沫柱进行了密度分布表征。研究结果表明,TMPTA泡沫柱沿轴向的密度分布比较均匀,而沿径向则密度内低外高,形成了明显的密度梯度。TPX泡沫沿径向由内向外密度升高,存在显著的密度梯度。实验表明,射线检测技术测量靶用低密度泡沫的方法可基本满足目前的实验要求,但密度分辨率和空间分辨率还有待进一步提高。
Density distribution characterization of low density polyacrylate (TMPTA) and poly (4-methyl-1-pentene) (TPX) foam columns was performed using beta ray, X-ray and CT techniques. The results show that the density distribution of TMPTA foam column in the axial direction is relatively uniform, while the density of the TMPTA foam column in the radial direction is low and high, forming a significant density gradient. TPX foam radially from the inside to outside the density, there is a significant density gradient. Experiments show that the method of measuring the target low density foam by the ray detection technology can basically meet the current experimental requirements, but the density resolution and the spatial resolution still need to be further improved.
