笔者对P的构成没有研究,由于职业所在行业,对营销管理略懂一二。房子终究是卖给人住的,连购买房子的主体——人——消费者都不了解的话,那靠什么发展企业呢?股市和房地产之间的关系被评论者定位:联动的蚂蚱,说股市上去了,地产价格就下不来。这种说法并非没有道理,从股市繁荣时期全国的房屋、汽车、旅游、珠宝、服装等消费而言也是同比增加的,股市红火的时候,获得利益的人敢于消费是因为他们挣到了钱,但是也不能否认,很多人是因为对自己的未来有信心,只有对未来有信心的人才敢花未来的钱,而4000-5000点之时浏览和统计国内各银行信用卡办卡总数就能说明笔者的观点——透支的不是银行的钱,而是自己的未来,正是对未来有了信心,人们才敢花以后的钱,也就敢于透支花钱了。
