目的：进一步观察中药复方高良姜糊剂对牙本质小管的堵塞作用以及作用机理。方法：扫描电镜和电子探针分析技术。结果：用复方高良姜糊剂处理的牙本质片，其冷冻断裂面，牙本质小管内有良好的堵塞效果，而表面沉淀物成份与草酸盐沉淀物明显不同。结论：作用２０ｍｉｎ后，脱敏效果比较理想。因而本制剂应予改善。
OBJECTIVE: To further observe the blocking effect and mechanism of Gaoliang ginger paste on the dentin tubules. Methods: Scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis techniques. RESULTS: The dentin tablet treated with Compound Gaoliang Ginger had a good blocking effect on the frozen fracture surface and dentinal tubules, and the surface sediment was obviously different from the oxalate sediment. Conclusion: The effect of desensitization is ideal after 20 minutes of action. Therefore, the preparation should be improved.
