正确评价矿床中伴生矿物或者共生元素的工业价值,是充分利用国家资源,保障厂矿企业生产经济效益的关键。回顾国内某些已建成综合利用生产系统的厂矿,有的是因综合利用元素含量低,品位分布不稳定,冶炼富集达不到工业要求,造成经济效益不佳或生产不正常;有的则因综合利用元素的地质储量与实际能够综合回收的数量相差悬殊,并且在共生矿物中的含量分布亦不稳定,使选矿获得的精矿量太少,造成长期经济亏损等。酿成这种问题的主要原因,是已往地质勘探阶段对元素综合利用和研究工作不够重视,研究的深度及评价方法存在问题所致。因此,根据笔者实际工作中的体验,拟对地质勘探阶段元素综合利用的评价方法
Correctly evaluating the industrial value of associated minerals or symbiotic elements in the deposit is the key to making full use of national resources and guaranteeing the economic benefits of the production of factories and mines. Some domestic factories and mines that have completed the comprehensive utilization of production systems are reviewed. Some of them are due to low comprehensive utilization of elements and unstable grade distribution, which can not meet the industrial requirements for smelting and enrichment, resulting in poor economic returns or abnormal production. The use of geological reserves of elements and the actual number of comprehensive recovery can vary greatly, and the content distribution in the intergrowth minerals is not stable, so that the beneficiation received too little concentrate, resulting in long-term economic losses. The main reason causing this kind of problem is the lack of attention paid to the comprehensive utilization and research of elements in the geological prospecting stage in the past, the depth of the research and the problems in the evaluation method. Therefore, according to the author’s experience in actual work, it is proposed to evaluate the comprehensive utilization of elements in geological prospecting stage
