国产 3861 B连续重整催化剂在我国第一套采用法国石油研究院 (IFP)第二代专利技术的 60 0kt/a连续重整装置上进行了首次工业应用。经一年多的运转和两次标定结果表明 ,3861 B催化剂的活性高于原设计要求使用的催化剂。与原设计值相比 ,加权床层平均温度低 5~ 8℃ ;在产品辛烷值相同的条件下 ,重整产物液体收率较高 ;催化剂经过 57次再生后 ,比表面积变化很小 ,仍保持在 1 80m2 /g左右 ;持氯能力和抗磨损性能优良 ;对原料的适应性和抗外界干扰能力亦较强。
The domestic 3861 B continuous reforming catalyst is the first industrial application in China’s first 60 kt / a continuous reformer with the second generation patented technology of the French Petroleum Institute (IFP).
