随着现代日新月异的建筑不断涌现,垂直运输的塔式起重机具有占地面积小、作业覆盖半径大、机械台班费率低等优点,广泛在电力建设、高架桥梁、多层和高层建筑、大型工业厂房、结构和工艺特性复杂的多功能民用公共建筑等工程中广泛使用。塔式起重机使用过程如果管理不善、不按操作规程违章作业或者在维修过程中有技术缺陷,会导致重大事故,发生设备损坏和人身伤亡,造成极大的经济损失。随着大型塔吊在建筑工程上的频繁使用,塔吊施工安全特别关键,尤其是塔吊的安拆安全越来越引起各施工单位的高度重视,特别是拆塔安全。拆装管理塔机的拆装是事故的多发阶段。为减少相关事故,节约成本,结合以往工作经历,我们创新设计了一种大型塔吊拆除工艺——“外力自降节”。

If the tower cranes are poorly managed, operate in violation of operating rules or have technical defects in the maintenance process, they will lead to serious accidents, equipment damage and personal injury, resulting in great economic losses. With the frequent use of large-scale tower cranes in construction, tower crane construction safety is particularly critical. In particular, the safety of tower crane installation and disassembly has drawn more and more attention from construction units, especially the tower demolition safety. Disassembly management tower crane disassembly is the multiple stages of the accident. In order to reduce related accidents and save costs, we have innovated and designed a large-scale tower crane demolition process - “External force self-descending festival ”.
