本文首先界定了区域资源位的概念与分析框架;在此基础上,选取从业人员数量等13个变量构成区域资源位计量指标体系,同时选取北京等31个样本地区,运用因子分析方法对样本地区的区域综合资源位及各子资源位进行计量分析。区域资源位排序结果与中国区域经济的发展现状基本吻合。因子分析结果还进一步显示:在构成区域资源位的各子资源位系统中,资本与技术资源位对区域综合资源位的贡献率最大,它是构成区域综合资源位的主导因素。进一步的理论分析与实证研究表明:区域资源位与地区经济发展水平之间总体存在正相关;在构成区域综合资源位的各子资源位系统中,人力资源位、资本与技术资源位对经济发展水平的贡献度较高。聚类分析的结果进一步印证了这一结论。最后,在相关结论的基础上,本文提出了我国区域经济可持续发展的资源位对策。
Firstly, this paper defines the concept and analysis framework of regional resource bits. Based on this, 13 variables such as the number of employees are selected to constitute the measurement index system of regional resource bits. At the same time, 31 sample areas such as Beijing are selected, Of the regional comprehensive resource bits and sub-resource bits for measurement analysis. The results of regional resource ranking are consistent with the development of regional economy in China. The result of factor analysis further shows that capital and technical resource bits have the largest contribution to the regional comprehensive resource bits in each sub-resource bit system that constitutes regional resource bits, which is the dominant factor that forms the regional comprehensive resource bits. Further theoretical analysis and empirical studies show that there is an overall positive correlation between regional resource level and the level of regional economic development. In the system of sub-resources that make up the regional comprehensive resource level, human resources, capital and technical resources are of great importance to economic development The level of contribution is higher. The result of cluster analysis further confirms this conclusion. Finally, on the basis of relevant conclusions, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of resources for the sustainable development of regional economy in our country.
