目的 :探讨血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用双抗体夹心 ELISA法对 30例反复呼吸道感染 (RRTI)患儿血清 s IL - 2 R水平进行测定。结果 :RRTI患儿在疾病急性期血清 s IL- 2 R水平明显升高 ,与正常对照组相比差异显著(P<0 .0 1 ) ,恢复期血清 s IL- 2 R水平也降至正常范围 ;追踪观察发现 ,1年后转为支气管哮喘及慢性肺炎的患儿血清 s IL- 2 R水平持续升高。结论 :血清 s IL- 2 R水平异常升高是导致 RRTI患儿细胞免疫功能紊乱的重要因素之一 ,血清 s IL- 2 R水平的动态观察 ,可作为监测 RRTI患儿免疫功能、病情及预后的一项有价值的临床参数
Objective: To investigate the effect of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) on immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods: Serum sIL - 2R level was measured in 30 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results: Serum levels of IL-2R were significantly increased in children with RRTI during the acute phase of disease, which were significantly different from those in the normal control group (P <0.01). The level of serum IL-2R in convalescent children was also decreased to normal Range; follow-up observation found that 1 year after the transition to bronchial asthma and chronic pneumonia in children with serum IL-2R levels continued to rise. Conclusion: The abnormal increase of sIL-2R in serum is one of the important factors leading to cellular immune dysfunction in children with RRTI. The dynamic observation of sIL-2R in serum can be used to monitor the immune function, disease status and prognosis of children with RRTI A valuable clinical parameter
