以永磁直流电动机为研究对象,进行了煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车驱动主回路设计。并以二象限型DC-DC直流斩波器为结构,建立了运动控制系统中驱动数学模型。通过对电压控制策略、速度控制策略和电流控制策略的对比分析,提出了采用电流控制策略应用于无轨胶轮电动车可获得与内燃机车辆相同的驱动特性,为矿用无轨胶轮电动车在煤矿井下的应用提供了科学依据和技术基础。
With the permanent magnet DC motor as the research object, the design of the main circuit of the driving of the trackless rubber-wheel electric vehicle in coal mine was carried out.
