利用正交试验法研究了碳、硅、锰、铬、钒对弹簧钢性能的影响。结果表明,随硅含量提高,钢的抗弹减性增加,含2%Si是必要的;铬在一定程度上对抗弹减性不利;添加少量钒使钢的抗弹减性显著改善,且在480~520℃回火引起明显的析出硬化。通过验证试验提出的新型50Si2MnCrV弹簧钢具有高的抗弹减性、充足的淬透性和良好综合性能,适合大截面汽车板簧设计与制作的要求。
The effects of carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium and vanadium on the properties of spring steel were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that with the increase of silicon content, the anti-ballistic reduction of steel increases, containing 2% Si is necessary; chromium to some extent against the elastic reduction; Addition of a small amount of vanadium significantly improves the anti-ballistic reduction of steel, and in 480 ~ 520 ℃ tempering caused significant precipitation hardening. The new 50Si2MnCrV spring steel proposed by the verification test has high anti-elastic properties, sufficient hardenability and good comprehensive performance, and is suitable for the design and manufacture of large leaf spring.
