纤维蛋白溶酶原活化剂(plasminogen activator,简称TA)广泛存在于人体多种体液和器官,在耳鼻喉科领域主要存在于鼻及鼻窦粘膜。本文对慢性鼻窦炎粘膜内的TA进行研究,旨在了解其在减轻炎症反应中起重要作用的一些生化特性。取30例慢性鼻窦炎手术切除的窦粘膜,制成窦粘膜丙酮粉制剂,通过硫酸铵分馏及凝胶过滤等步骤,制成含有TA的提取物。采用丙酮粉制剂可避免类脂化合物沾污TA,使TA的溶解性降低而影响其收集。测定提取物中蛋白酶和纤维蛋白溶酶原活化剂的活性,在用Astrup和Müllertz的方法以富含纤维蛋白溶酶原的纤维蛋白原及凝血酶制备的标准纤维素基板(st.plates)和用赖氨酸-琼脂葡聚糖制备无纤维蛋白溶酶原
Plasminogen activator (TA) is widely found in many body fluids and organs of the human body and mainly exists in the nasal and sinus mucosa in the field of otolaryngology. This article studies the mucosal TA in chronic sinusitis to understand its biochemical properties that play an important role in alleviating the inflammatory response. Thirty patients with chronic sinusitis surgically resected sinus mucosa were prepared and made into sinus mucosa acetone powder preparation. The extract containing TA was prepared by ammonium sulfate fractionation and gel filtration. Acetone powder formulations can be used to avoid lipid compounds contaminated TA, the solubility of TA reduced its collection.
