后张法预应力混凝土 I形梁预制张拉时 ,易产生侧向位移 ,影响梁片的安装、使用和安全。针对 I形梁产生侧向位移的原因 ,提出了施工过程中的预控措施和纠正万法 ,并应用于某特大桥施工监理的质量控制 ,将 形梁侧向位移控制在 2 cm之内 ,满足了设计及规范要求 ,取得了良好的成效。
Post-tensioned prestressed concrete I-beam prefabricated tension, prone to lateral displacement, affecting the installation, use and safety beam. Aiming at the reason of the lateral displacement of I-beam, the pre-control measures and the method of correction in the construction process are put forward and applied to the quality control of a super-large bridge construction supervision. The lateral displacement of the beam is controlled within 2 cm, Meet the design and specification requirements, and achieved good results.
