新课程提出学生是教学的主体,教学应关注每个学生的发展,对于高中英语教学亦不能外,而学生间的个体差异客观存在,实践证明隐形分层教学能够在保护所有学生学习自尊心的基础上,促进所有的学生在其最近发展区内最大程度的发展。
The new curriculum puts forward that students should be the main body of teaching. Teaching should pay attention to the development of each student. It can not be used for English teaching in senior high schools. However, the individual differences among students exist objectively. Practice has proved that invisible teaching can be based on protecting all students’ self-esteem On the promotion of all students in their most recent development zone to the maximum extent possible.
