亭子口水利枢纽是嘉陵江干流开发的控制性工程 ,控制流域面积 6 2 5 5 0km2 ,具有防洪、灌溉、发电、航运、水产养殖等综合效益。亭子口水利枢纽库区泥沙模型 ,干流上起广元市上西乡 (2 9号固定断面 ) ,下迄大清沟(15号固定断面 ) ,河段长约 6 5km ;模型模拟范围为水库常年回水区上段及整个变动回水区。通过亭子口水库常年回水区上段及整个变动回水区的泥沙模型试验 ,对 3种水库调度方案即 45 6m方案、45 8m(1)方案、45 8m(2 )方案库区泥沙淤积情况、洪水位的抬高以及航道条件等方面进行分析研究 ,为确定水库的正常蓄水位和水库调度原则提供科学依据。
Tingzikou Water Control Project is a controlled project for the development of the mainstream of the Jialing River. It controls an area of 525 km2 and provides comprehensive benefits such as flood control, irrigation, power generation, shipping and aquaculture. The sediment model of Tingzikou water conservancy project reservoir area is composed of Shangxi Xixiang (No. 29 fixed section) in Guangyuan City from the main stream to Daqinggou (fixed section No. 15), with a length of about 65 km. The model simulation range is reservoir Perennial backwater area and the entire upper backwater area. Through the sediment model test in the upper section of the perennial backwater area of the Tingzikou reservoir and the entire fluctuating backwater area, three kinds of reservoir scheduling schemes, 456m, 458m (1) and 458m (2) Conditions, flood elevation and channel conditions and other aspects of the study to determine the reservoir’s normal water level and reservoir scheduling principles provide a scientific basis.
