一、测量方法回弹仪检测混凝土强度实际上是用无损检测的方式检测混凝土表层硬度,并用回弹值来计量。其原理是用弹簧带动弹击锤冲击弹击杆,弹击杆再把混凝土表面产生的反冲力传递给弹击锤,弹击锤回弹时带动指针指示回弹值。使用混凝土回弹仪检定装置依据通常分步检测各项技术指标:标称能量、弹簧刚度、冲击长度、标尺刻度等。二、数学模型ΔR=RE+Rl+Rδ式中:ΔR——回弹值误差;RE——标称能量引入的误差;Rl——指针长度引入的误差;Rδ——分辨力引入的误差。
