2009年3月17日,中共中央国务院发表《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中指出“改革人事制度,完善分配激励机制,推行聘用制度和岗位管理制度,严格工资总额管理,实行以服务质量及岗位工作量为主的综合绩效考核和岗位绩效工资制度,有效调动医务人员的积极性。”国家的这项重大改革举措,告诉我们面对医院人事制度的新情况,面对聘用制度的医护人员,完善激励制度至关重要。笔者将在本文谈谈自己关于医院聘用制人员管理的激励机制方面的看法。
