1984年 Inoue 首先经静脉导管作二尖瓣分离术1986年陈传荣也作了报道.我院近年来开展此项技术,取得良好效果,报告如下.材料与方法我院于1992年5月至1993年4月收治风心病二尖瓣狭窄17例,男性2例,女性15例.年龄29至53岁。全部经临床检查及超声心动图检查确诊,其中8例伴轻度二尖瓣关闭不全,4例伴主动脉瓣狭窄和/或关闭不全。心功能均在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,2例为Ⅰ级,10例为Ⅱ级、5例为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,4例伴房颤。心脏听诊心尖区均闻Ⅱ～Ⅲ级舒张期杂音.心动超声测得二尖瓣口径面积为0.7～1.8cm~2.瓣膜硬度13例为Ⅰ度,其余为Ⅱ
