目的:以山东医学高等专科学校为例,探究教师的教学信息化素养对于提升教学效果的作用和价值。方法:通过对山东医学高等专科学校院校教师利用调查问卷的方式调查医学高职院校教师的教学信息化素养。结果:教师的信息化素养与年龄有一定的关系,教师获取信息和资源的主要方式是利用互联网,同时大部分的教师具有较强的信息化意识,但仍需加强对于教师的信息化素养培养。结论:在教育过程中应该拓宽教师的信息获取渠道,学校应为教师提供交流和培训的机会来提升教师的信息化素养,提高教学效果。
Objective: To take Shandong Medical College as an example to explore the role and value of teachers’ teaching informatization in improving teaching effectiveness. Methods: By means of questionnaire, teachers in Shandong Medical College investigated the quality of teaching informatization of medical vocational college teachers. Results: Teachers’ informational literacy has a certain relationship with age. The main way for teachers to access information and resources is to use the Internet. At the same time, most teachers have a strong awareness of informationization. However, it is still necessary to strengthen the cultivation of information literacy for teachers . Conclusion: In the process of education, teachers should broaden their access to information. Schools should provide opportunities for teachers to exchange and train to enhance teachers’ information literacy and improve their teaching effectiveness.
