以裂纹张开位移为断裂参数 ,研究了 16MnR压力容器用钢断裂韧性的统计分布特性 .将焊接接头部位划分为母材、焊缝和热影响区 3个独立区域 ,分别测量 3个区的裂纹张开位移 ,得到正态分布、对数正态分布及两参数威布尔分布的 3种概率密度函数 ,并用柯尔莫哥洛夫 斯米尔诺夫方法 (K S方法 )检验了参数的适用性 .研究结果表明 ,这 3种分布对裂纹张开位移分布规律的描述是接近的 ,所以根据曲线的趋势以及分布函数的普遍性 ,推荐使用两参数威布尔分布 .
Taking the crack open displacement as the fracture parameter, the statistical distribution characteristics of the fracture toughness of 16MnR pressure vessel steel were studied.The welding joint was divided into three independent regions, including base metal, weld and heat affected zone Open displacement, get the normal distribution, logarithmic normal distribution and two parameters Weibull distribution probability density function, and the use of Kolmogorov Smirnov method (KS method) to test the applicability of the parameters. The results show that these three distributions are close to the description of the crack opening displacement distribution. Therefore, we recommend the two-parameter Weibull distribution according to the tendency of the curve and the universality of the distribution function.
