目的:探讨当归补血汤对腺嘌呤肾衰大鼠造血功能的影响。方法:建立腺嘌呤肾衰大鼠模型,观察口服当归补血汤后肾衰大鼠红细胞脆性改变,以及甲状旁腺素、中分子物质、红细胞总数及血红蛋白、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量变化。结果:当归补血汤可以明显降低红细胞脆性的增加,抑制骨髓甲状旁腺素、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量异常增加,降低血浆中分子物质总量含量,提高红细胞总数及血红蛋白含量。结论:当归补血汤对腺嘌呤肾衰大鼠造血功能改变具有调控作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Dangguibuxuetang on the hematopoietic function of adenine-induced renal failure rats. Methods: A rat model of adenine-induced renal failure was established. The changes of erythrocyte fragility and the content of parathyroid hormone, mesophile, red blood cell, hemoglobin, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in rats with renal failure induced by oral administration of Dangguibuxuetang were observed. Results: Dangguibuxuetang could obviously reduce the increase of erythrocyte fragility, inhibit the abnormal increase of parathyroid hormone, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen content, decrease the content of plasma molecular substances and increase the total number of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Conclusion: Dangguibuxuetang regulates hematopoietic function in rats with adenine and renal failure.
