材料的选择与产品质量有较为密切的关系,为适应产品的各种要求,实现最佳的技术经济效益,应采用经济——技术的观点来选取材料。文中介绍了选材原则即使用性能、加工性能、材料价格的最佳组合,也就是所谓寻求工程材料技术决策三角形的平衡点。另外,还以本公司铸造厂的胺法冷芯盒工艺制芯原砂的选择以及135柴油机排气管的铸造为例叙述了运用材料技术管理工程的指导思想,从而使铸造生产成本的下降、材料加工性能的提高都会得到实现。
The selection of materials has a close relationship with product quality.
