高校要培养德智体美全面发展的人才,对于高校体育教育就要有新的认识和调整。在体育教育中不但要丰富学生的专业知识,强健学生的体魄,更需要培养学生的人文体育精神。但是在现实的高校体育教育中由于人文体育精神的缺失,造成了高校体育的育人忽略了人文思想的培养,缺乏学生个性和人格的自我完善教育,使学生的认知、情感、态度、意志等不能得到充分的重视。笔者尝试对人文体育有关的概念进行分析,对比人文体育与生物体育、科学体育的关系和差异,并提出在高校体育教育中渗透人文体育理念的策略。
