山东省德州市兴禹化工集团紧紧围绕企业目标管理总体规划,展开逐年递进扩展的全员军事训练。每年分别对上岗的200多名大中专毕业生、青工和新调进机关的工作人员进行为期3个月的军事训练,截至目前,这个集团已有2400多人接受正规训练,占职工总人数的86.3％。严格的军事训练和深入扎实的全民国防教育,既有效地增强了职工的组织纪律观念,又激发了全体职工的群体意识,也促进了企业经济效益的倍增。
Xingyu Chemical Group, Dezhou, Shandong Province, closely followed the general plan of enterprise goal management and started the all-staff military training that was progressively expanded and extended year by year. Each year, they respectively carry out three months of military training for more than 200 college graduates, young workers and newly recruited officers who have started their posts. Up to now, more than 2,400 people in this group have received formal training, accounting for a total amount of staff and workers 86.3% of the population. Strict military training and deepening and solid national defense education have not only effectively enhanced the concept of organization and discipline among employees, but also stimulated the collective awareness of all staff and workers as well as doubled the economic benefits of enterprises.
