英语教学中控制后进生的数量可以通过开发非智力因素:理解尊重学生,让学生有“亲师性”;培养信心,增强学英语的兴趣。同时采取科学、灵活多样的教学方式,为学生创造轻松愉快的学习环境,创设充满情趣的英语情境,提高英语课堂效率。
Controlling the number of postsecondary students in English teaching can be achieved through the development of non-intellectual factors: understanding respect for students, allowing students to have “pro-teacher”; developing confidence and enhancing interest in learning English. At the same time take a scientific, flexible and diverse teaching methods for students to create a relaxed and pleasant learning environment, the creation of full of fun English context, improve English classroom efficiency.
