1 临床资料例1：患者24岁，未婚，同居两年，无流产史。因停经45天，尿妊娠试验阳性，外院诊断为早孕予行人工流产术，吸出物见绒毛组织。术后阴道少量血性分泌物。术后9d出现下腹疼痛、肛坠、恶心、呕吐、晕厥，当地医院再诊断为感染性休克予抗炎补液对症治疗，不见好转急转入本院。
