一、前言 CO_2气体保护焊送丝软管是从送丝机构到焊枪之间的焊丝导送通道,它要求具有较好的挺度和弹性,内径大小要均匀合适,焊从上表中可以看出,螺旋弹簧软管具有良好的综合性能,且易于制造,是适合于焊接现场推广的送丝软管。二、螺旋弹簧软管绕制工艺螺旋弹簧软管一般采用65Mn或不锈钢丝绕制。绕制装置如图1所示。绕制原理很简单,它是将内芯钢丝和绕制钢丝一端固定丝通过时的摩擦力小。目前,现场生产中使用的送丝软管通常有三种:螺旋弹簧管、螺旋弹簧管外裹加固钢丝软管和尼龙软管。这三种软管的特点如表1所示。
